If for any reason you decide to refuse the purchased product, you can do this in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights" dated 07.02.1992 No. 2300-1.
Return of goods of proper quality.
- For our buyers, special conditions apply - to refuse the ordered Goods at any time before receiving them, and after receiving the Goods - within 1 (one) year.
- The return of the Goods of good quality is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified Goods are preserved.
- If the Client refuses the Goods of good quality, the Seller must return to him the amount of money paid by the consumer under the contract, with the exception of the seller's expenses for the delivery of the returned goods from the consumer, no later than 10 days from the date of the consumer's request.
Return of goods of inadequate quality
A product of inadequate quality means a product that is unable to provide its functional qualities due to a significant defect (with the presence of defects / marriage).
The buyer, to whom the goods of inadequate quality were sold, if this was not agreed by the seller, has the right, at his option, to declare any of the following requirements:
- replacement for goods of a similar brand (model, article number) or for the same goods of another brand (model, article number) with a corresponding recalculation of the purchase price;
- commensurate reduction in the purchase price;
- free elimination of defects in the goods or reimbursement of expenses for their correction by the buyer or a third party;
- has the right to refuse to fulfill the contract and demand the return of the amount paid for the goods.
The online store has the right to refuse the exchange or return of goods if it considers that the discovered significant defect is the result of improper operation of the goods.
